Biography
DAVID H. HAN practiced several years as an employment litigation attorney representing employers in diverse industries. He represented companies before state and federal level courts in New Jersey, defending complaints filed by the EEOC or New York State agencies such as the NYC Dept. of Consumer and Worker Protection or the New York Department of Labor. While representing employers, David was exposed to a variety of issues that employers face outside employment law. Naturally, David resolved commercial matters such as partnership disputes and contractual disputes, oftentimes handling the transactions as well.
David also represents sellers and purchasers of residential and commercial properties. He makes it a priority to respond quickly and thoroughly to all questions that clients may have, which he understands is a set of key values that clients appreciate. Fully utilizing his litigation background, David counsels clients in landlord/tenant matters as well, including evictions, seeking money judgments, and security deposit disputes.
David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University, and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark. Upon graduation, David served as a law clerk in the Tax Court of New Jersey, for the Hon. Joan Bedrin Murray, J.T.C. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court of New Jersey, and the Third Judicial Department of the State of New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
